Whether you are pretty healthy, run a lot or have some issues with your joints, it is always important to take good care of your body condition. Our joints allow us to bend and move in all kinds of ways, and often don't get the attention they deserve.

3 Month 3 times a week $390 A good grounding start to improve flexibility, mobility and circulation. Includes Personal Progress Evaluations about 2-4 times a month.
6 Month 3 times a week $650 Experience a deeper connection to your breathing and emotional stability within 6 months of consistent training. Includes Personal Progress Evaluations about 2-4 times a month.
1 Year 3 times a week $1150 Receive more individual care for a long-term goal to better your life with good solid habits. Payment plans upon request.
Class Packages
20 Classes $300 For those who need more flexibility in the classes with their own schedule.
Private Session
Our exercises are adaptable for all ages and body conditions. We work with you one-on-one to create a customized program that meets your individual needs and personal goals such as pain relief, deep relaxation, weight control, emotional management, self-confidence and illness recovery.
