Cambridge Body & Brain presents HEALTHIER TOGETHER, a national wellness campaign that highlights a specific health issue and provides holistic solutions through an informative and dynamic workshop series.

Join us on AUG 15, at 2 pm for a workshop event featuring this month's topic: Immunity Boost. We will discuss principles and exercises to boost your immune system as well as tips to incorporate the Solar Body Method for your health, happiness, and peace. 3 Month 3 times a week $390 A good grounding start to improve flexibility, mobility and circulation. Includes Personal Progress Evaluations about 2-4 times a month.

Our exercises are adaptable for all ages and body conditions. We work with you one-on-one to create a customized program that meets your individual needs and personal goals such as pain relief, deep relaxation, weight control, emotional management, self-confidence and illness recovery.
