    During Initial Awakening, you will learn and experience specific exercises designed to develop and improve awareness of your physical body. Each chakra is connected to the endocrine system in the physical body. When a chakra is stimulated, the endocrine system secretes hormones. This creates a chemical reaction and triggers a change in the consciousness. When the seven chakras open and become complete, natural healing power increases to its maximum and consciousness returns to its equilibrium state. Purpose of the training: 1. Open the seven energy centers, healing both body and mind. 2. Connect the human body and its energy with Earth's energy. 3. Renew our body, mind, and spirit by developing and completing the seven chakras, helping restore ourselves and the Earth.
