Here are the things you can participate in on Wednesday, September 17
  • Join a yoga class for FREE!  Experience meridian stretching, power breathing and energy meditation (Class times are 9 am, 11:30 am and 5:30 pm and last 1 hour 15 minutes)
  • Attend Kangen water demonstration to learn how changing your water can change your life (demo after each class)
  • Get an Antioxidant Scan for a nutritional snapshot for $5 (normally $25) to learn how your lifestyle (nutrition, exercise and stress) is impacting your antioxidant level.
  • Have an aura reading for $5 to see your energy condition and mind/body/spirit balance.
  • Schedule an introductory session to learn how to reduce stress, improve flexibility and balance, breathe deeper, sleep better, improve focus, tone your body and manage your weight.
