  • - Is there free parking at or near your studio?
    •   No, we do not have free parking but there is metered parking outside the center $1.50 for 1 hour and $4 for 2 hours.
  • - What forms of payment are accepted at your location?
    •   Cash, Check, Credit (Visa, MasterCard, AmEx, Discover) Google Pay, Apple Pay
  • - Does your location close on certain days or holidays?
    •   We are closed on Thursdays, the 1st of each month and all major U.S. Holidays
  • - What is the best way to contact your studio?
    •   Please call or email us or you can simply stop by at your convenience.
  • - What should I expect at my Intro Session in your studio?
    •   Plan to arrive 10 minutes before your appointment time, wearing comfortable clothing and socks. No yoga mats required since our floors are padded, although you may bring your own if you'd like. Please eat a light meal if you choose to eat before your appointment. We will discuss your wellness goals and do some sample exercises then make recommendations for next steps.
