Healthier Together - Mindful Eating07/06/2015

Dear Members,

Happy July! 
It's nearing the peak season of summer, and we've gotten lots of requests for tips on creating a fit and healthy body. So, for this month's HEALTHIER TOGETHER topic, we will be focusing on Mindful Eating: Eat Up Shape Up. 

Did you know that un-mindful eating is the primary cause of overeating, which is the #1 reason for weight gain? Through this month's HEALTHIER TOGETHER workshop, we will teach you ways to eat mindfully to prevent overeating, which will help you shed unwanted weight the healthy and natural way without dieting. Please join us with your friends and family! Non-members are welcomed as this workshop is free and open to the public. 

Our center will be hosting a HEALTHIER TOGETHER workshop on Saturday, 07/11/15 at 10:00am-12:00pm. The event is free, but please RSVP with me beforehand so we can provide enough room for everyone.

    Wooden Pillow Training during regular classes

    Classes at 10a, 6p, and 7:45p. "Please bring your wooden pillow if you have" We will learn how to release tension from head to toe using wooden pillow. Loosen and release knots on your head, neck, shoulders, calves, and feet. Most importantly we will also utilize the wooden pillow on our DahnJon and intestines. Most of our tension in our shoulders, neck, and even the cause of headaches stem from our intestines being tight and unhealthy.

Energy Movement09:30-10:30Energy Movement:Vibration Class. Vibration is an effective way to release stress and stagnant energy from your body. Vibration also stimulates blood and energy circulation throughout the body, recharging it with fresh energy.
