    Family Promise is an organization that provides safe facilities for homeless families to get back on their own. Monday the 18th we will volunteer to make their evening meal, serve it and enjoy eating with them; then clean up and play with the children while their parents are taking Life Skills classes. This class focuses on exercising your intestines, to encourage increased blood and energy circulation and improved elimination of waste and toxins from the body.
