You may well know that yoga is a good way to reduce stress and tension in your life. Did you know that there are many exercises you can do on your own, even in your work environment? One simple technique used in Dahn Yoga classes is Neck Rotation. This is especially useful if you spend a lot of time sitting in front of a computer screen.
