    Intensive Dahnjon Breathing

    Venue : Body & Brain yoga nomal Center
    Train to improve muscular strength and flexibility through Do In exercise. Emphasis will be put on lower body especially. As you deeply experience Do In exercise, all your joints and muscles will open. You will experience opening of your body and mind together and how they are both important. During the breathing training, you will learn how to strengthen your dahnjon (lower energy center) by creating a spot for it, awakening the sensation, and developing your ability to accumulate energy. You will also have time to experience how the level of your sincerity affects your level of energy accumulation and thus, how your level of energy accumulation helps you in dealing with distracting thoughts and emotions.
