Healing begins with deep relaxation

Symptom focused healing is a 70 min one on one session customized to each client’s condition and needs comprising of the exercises below.

Symptom focused exercises • A set of exercises that are effective for different symptoms or conditions. Specially designed exercises stimulate different acupressure points which open the meridian system of the body to release tension and pain by naturally circulating energy.

Deep relaxation • You will also experience guided breathing to achieve deep self relaxation. By releasing stress and allowing your body to relax you can maximize the brain’s potential to heal.
