According to this principle, the body is healthiest when cool water energy flows upward from the kidneys to cool off the head and warm fire energy flows down from the heart to the lower abdomen. Believe it or not, you can achieve this state with just a few minutes of toe tapping, which is especially helpful for creating a cool head.
