One of Dahn Yoga’s many innovations to holistic healing is its emphasis on brain health. Studies have repeatedly demonstrated that physical exercise, yoga and meditation have profound benefits in maintaining a healthy brain. Dahn Yoga’s approach to wellness combines modern scientific discoveries with the ancient Korean wisdom of mind-body harmony.


Our exercise which best highlights this fusion of ancient wisdom and modern science is Brain Wave Vibration. This unique training method successfully integrates movement and focus to produce a deep sense of relaxed concentration. It is one of the most popular components of our regular class.

Brain Wave Vibration consists of simple, rhythmically repeated movements. As your awareness sinks into the rhythm of your body’s movement, you will naturally bring your mind inwardly and release tension through deep and even breathing.Through gentle sweat, you will also restore your body to a desired temperature.

In just 10 minutes--whether done in a seated posture or standing up--Brain Wave Vibration offers immense full body benefits. Experience it for yourself through our videos or stop by a Dahn Yoga center to try it in one of our classes!

Through the Finding Your True Self workshop, you will have the opportunity to actually connect with your True Self, the "real you", underneath all the layers of habits, judgements, emotions, and memories that we have mistakenly identified as who we really are. Through this workshop, you will develop a deeper understanding of yourself and the people closest to you so that you can regain self-confidence, eliminate negative patterns, and achieve more harmonious relationships.
