Happy New Year! If you are like many people, you may have made New Year's resolutions for improving your health or getting into better shape. Do you find getting started is often the hardest part of keeping a resolution? If so, Body & Brain Yoga can help you out by showing you how easy it is to start. You do not a lot of equipment or even a lot of time to take charge of your health--we have many exercises and techniques that are simple and effective--and most importantly, they can be done anywhere!

How does it work? Body & Brain Yoga exercises are designed to stimulate the body’s energy system, similar to the effects of acupuncture and acupressure. We will show you exercises that release tension around important energy points for improving overall energy circulation and sense of well-being. Try these exercises for warming up and warding off the winter chill.

    Join our open yoga class--no experience necessary! We will take more time to experience each part of the class for deeper release and energy circulation. Body & Brain Yoga classes combine stretching, breath work, joint opening and core strengthening for creating balance in the body and mind. Our training is rooted the ancient East Asian tradition of internal energy development and circulation. This ancient self-healing method places special attention on internal organ health--our training is esp effective in reversing the affects of stress and auto immune and digestive disorders.
