NEW BODY & FITNESS CLASS
This class teach a wide variety of fitness in various formats, skill levels, and intensities.
Instruct group exercise classes, including low-, medium- and high-impact aerobics, step-aerobics, toning and stretching, among others. Provide personal training to individuals to maximize workout efficiency,improve fitness, increase stamina, and improve overall sense of well being. Monitor and instruct new clients regarding safe and effective use of cardiovascular, flexibility and strength training.Develop personalized training plans for clients, based on individual needs.
