Some things you see in a Dahn Yoga class will look familiar. You expect to see stretching in a yoga class. However, if you are actually doing it, you will realize it is a unique experience and approach to moving the body. “Energy” is the focus of our yoga practice and we can only truly understand energy through practical application of principles.

Meridian Exercises. are an excellent way to understand energy, to manage stress and improve your health. How? According to Eastern tradition, energy moves through the human body along channels known as meridians. Each of them related to a vital organ or important function of the body. With Meridian Exercises, you can stimulate energy circulation along the meridians and activate the natural healing processes in your body. Because your body’s absorb your thoughts and reactions to life experiences, these exercises can help you get rid of stress stored as tension in your body.

Through the Finding Your True Self workshop, you will have the opportunity to actually connect with your True Self, the "real you", underneath all the layers of habits, judgements, emotions, and memories that we have mistakenly identified as who we really are. Through this workshop, you will develop a deeper understanding of yourself and the people closest to you so that you can regain self-confidence, eliminate negative patterns, and achieve more harmonious relationships

    This dynamic one-day workshop helps you develop a stronger connection with your body. You will have a direct experience of the energy system in your body and how it works. The workshop helps you open up energy pathways, strengthen your core, and awaken your energy sense deeply. You will learn how to apply Dahn Yoga principles to your everyday life for more energy, greater strength, better stress management, and clear focus. Initial Awakening is essential if you want to get the most out of your Dahn Yoga practice.
