        Syosset Body & Brain is hosting an exciting Free Workshop series on the first Saturday of every month, where you can learn about holistic approaches to improving your health.

        Join us on March 7, 9-1030am for our special workshop on Brain Health and Stress-Free Living. The event is FREE, so bring a friend!  Visitors who come to the open house and join with a membership within a week from the open house, will get a 20% membership discount.
