Here at Syosset Body and Brain we have Yoga and Tai Chi for adults, and Power Brain classes for kids. Our mission is to awaken the best in the human spirit, by creating a deep connection between our body and our mind. Besides our regularly scheduled classes, here are other events we have this month :


2/9 - 21 day pushup challenge begins!
It takes 21 days to form a new habit. Each month we focus on one exercise to help create healthy habits. With a lot of encouragement from our instructors, you can find self-discipline to create health, happiness, and peace!


2/18-2/20 - Power Brain kids camp. While your child is on break from school we offer this three day camp. Thru different activities and games they learn focus, confidence, and creativity.


2/27 - Movie night for the kids. From 730-930.

Tai Chi09:15-10:25Tai Chi:In Tai-Chi, you will learn how to feel and utilize the Ki /Chi (life force) energy. With slow and graceful movements, you will release your stress and recharge your body with fresh energy.
Energy Movement10:00-11:15Energy Movement:Vibration Class. Vibration is an effective way to release stress and stagnant energy from your body. Vibration also stimulates blood and energy circulation throughout the body, recharging it with fresh energy.
