We will discuss principles and exercises to boost your immune system as well as tips to incorporate the Solar Body Method for your health, happiness, and peace.     All classes on Tuesday: 12:00pm & 7pm. The Wooden Pillow is a helpful tool to relieve tension in the body, and it allows for the skeletal structure to come back into alignment. During the wooden pillow class, members experience several techniques with detailed directions from the instructor, so they can later use the Wooden Pillow on their own.
