Wyckoff Body & Brain Yoga is hosting an exciting & informative Workshop Series where you can learn about holistic approaches to improving your health.

Our most recent workshop, Digestive Health, was on Saturday, April 11th. Our next Healthier Together Workshop will take place Saturday, May 9th from 1:00-3:00 pm. The topic is Joint Health: 'Be Strong and Flexible'. Please join us, the event is FREE, so bring a friend!

The webinar is being presented by changeyourenergy.com The Earth Citizens Organization (ECO), a 501(c)(3) nonprofit, was established to help people create changes in their lives and community; and, to support both local and global peace and sustainability efforts. Wyckoff Body & Brain Yoga is a proud sponsor of ECO. In this webinar, Master Steve will discuss the power our choices hold for making our communities more peaceful, sustainable and eco-friendly. Also, he will share simple mindfulness techniques for making our lives healthier and happier. Through changes we create in our lives, let’s make the world a better place for all of us, together!

    May's “Healthier Together” workshop series will focus on joint health. We will experience training to open and strengthen our joints. We easily associate strength with hardness or rigidness, but real strength comes from flexibility. This is especially true for our joints. Strong and flexible joints improve mobility and body safety. Learn how to make your joints both strong and flexible. Why healthier together? 'Together' means the unity of body & brain, individuals and community, and people and the planet.
