This is especially true in Dahn Yoga, which emphasizes energy--which connects mind and body. Once you start learning about energy, you will think about your body differently. This can mean positive changes to the way you experience being in your body.

Thinking and feeling differently about your body can lead to many personal breakthroughs. For some people these are related to their physical health, for others it may be emotional breakthroughs. Either way, learning about the energy connection between mind and body can help you feel better. This connection can show you how every part of your body is important.
