Brookline Body & Brain presents HEALTHIER TOGETHER, a national wellness campaign that highlights a specific health issue and provides holistic solutions through an informative and dynamic workshop series. 

Join us on AUG 15th, at 2 pm for a workshop event featuring this month's topic: Immunity Boost. We will discuss principles and exercises to boost your immune system as well as tips to incorporate the Solar Body Method for your health, happiness, and peace. One Regular Class $20

1-on-1 Introductory Session $20

1 Month Unlimited $150
3 Month 3 times a week $360 Includes 2-3 classes per week for 3 months and a monthly meeting for personal guidance from an instructor. Also includes a helpful principles workshop to understand energy practice better.
6 Month 3 times a week $650 6 months membership for 2-3 classes per week. In 6 months you can establish a strong habit. Includes monthly one-to-one meetings and a beginner's principles workshop.
1 Year 3 times a week $1150 1 year membership for 2-3 classes per week. In 1 year you can deeply change your physical body and create good habits that last a lifetime.
2 Year Unlimited $2200 If you're ready for a lifetime of health, happiness and peace, commit to 2 years of practice and you'll receive 20% off basic workshops and 50% off any memberships beyond 2 years. Valid at any of our centers nationwide.
3 Year Unlimited $3000 The 3 year membership gives the added benefit of 30% off basic workshops and after 3 years any membership renewal is 75% off. Valid at any of our centers nationwide.
Private Session
Private sessions available: one-on-one, small groups and families. Also instructor can travel to teach a class at your facilities: classes for employees, visitors, students, etc.

This class focuses on exercising your intestines, to encourage increased blood and energy circulation and improved elimination of waste and toxins from the body.
Basic Yoga09:15-10:25Basic Yoga:Regular Dahn Yoga class includes stretching, breathing exercise and meditation. It is geared for all levels, easy for beginners to follow and challenging enough for the advanced practitioner.
