I can say with confidence "Try it~"

The Body N Brain center has helped me greatly. I feel so much more relaxed after class. I am also stronger and more balanced. I can stand on one leg longer when before I would shake and want to fall over right away. Now I can focus and feel my lower body better in order to find my balance. I also had a lot of stiffness in my joints and now they are much looser and flexible. I am always excited to attend class, even though it is challenging enough the exercise is also simple and easy to follow. Because of these improvements I always find myself in a much better mood since I started classes here! Try it!

My private sessions that gave me relief.

I started at the center about 10 months ago after my doctors told me to find a yoga center that would help me address my balance problems after I had three acoustic neuroma surgeries. I found that the Body n Brain Yoga not only helped with my balance but also my aging joint pains. I joined the Woodinville Body n Brain Center because it was the first place I found that the Instructors took the time to listen and address my problems one to one. I especially get relief from the private sessions that I've taken over the months and I also love the "my time" of the regular classes that the leaders use to help each member. I strongly suggest a private session for relief and direction for a stronger healthier you.

Deacreased use of Medication

Losing weight and improving the quality of life

Recovering from Carcinoid

As of February 18, I had lost a total of 25 pounds, and some of the Carcinoid symptoms have diminished or virtually disappeared.
