I started coming to The Woodlands Center a little over a year ago & for the most part have been consistent in training 3 times a week. I have dropped 15 pounds, learned techniques for stress management, and have experienced increased energy. The biggest benefit I have received is a sense of self respect and trust. I continue to learn at each class I attend. For me, consistency in showing up is the key to my perosnal growth.
