DY: Regular Dahn Yoga class includes stretching, breathing exercise and meditation. It is geared for all levels, easy for beginners to follow and challenging enough for the advanced practitioner.

Tai-Chi: In Tai-Chi, you will learn how to feel and utilize the Ki /Chi (life force) energy. With slow and graceful movements, you will release your stress and recharge your body with fresh energy.

VIB: Vibration Class. Vibration is an effective way to release stress and stagnant energy from your body. Vibration also stimulates blood and energy circulation throughout the body, recharging it with fresh energy.

Med: Meditation class develops body awareness and ability to relax, their level of concentration deepens. Our meditation accelerates this process by shifting the focus away from busy thoughts to the physical sensations of the body.
