I joined the Body & Brain Center in Duluth, almost 2 weeks ago. My intentions were to take care of my physical well being. Little did I know that I was going to find a place that not only takes care of my physical well being but also my spiritual well being. This is really what I needed and asked for; the universe was so gracious to deliver. I had been meditating for quite sometime, but I needed more. Not only did I find a location near my house, but I have the best teacher anyone could ask for. Our teacher, Grace, is not only there to guide us through our work but she does it in a very respectful, nurturing way. For her, I am so grateful. Kam-sa-ham-ni-da (thank you), Grace Wonjang-nim!
