Body & Brain Yoga has been a national leader in health, wellness, and integrative lifestyle education, with over 100 centers nationwide.

For the past 20 years, Body & Brain Yoga has been a national leader in health, wellness, and integrative lifestyle education, with over 100 centers nationwide. Body & Brain Yoga utilizes Brain Education, a modernized system of holistic healing and mind-body practices based on ancient Korean training techniques. Our centers offer integrative classes and programs focusing on yoga, tai-chi, meditation, martial arts, and energy healing for all levels.

 A person is considered healthy only if one has health of mind, body, and spirit and it begins with the body. With a wide variety of classes which involves, breathing techniques, meridian stretching, core-strengthening, and energy circulation & accumulation, you will no doubt gain benefits of our classes. All of our classes are geared towards whole-person care. All ages and levels are welcome. (Kids classes are available at select locations) 

Body & Brain utilizes its own unique 5-step energy practice to activate the brain through a deep mind-body connection. First, by developing your capacity to feel energy you can quiet your mind of cluttered thoughts. You can then experience peace with the flow of life and unleash your inner-most wisdom.

Once you regain mastership over your mind and body and learned the Korean philosophy and traditional Eastern energy principles, you will have the tools to unleash your greatest potential. Your spirit will radiate with your intention and positive energy for the life you envisioned.

WHAT WE OFFER
Body & Brain Yoga (All levels) ( BBY )

Body & Brain Yoga's regular classes are great for all levels and ages! Each class has effective and dynamic components of stretching, breathing, and meditation to destress, strengthen, and relax the mind and body. You will definitely feel refreshed and energized even after just one fun session guided by our experienced instructors!

 

Core Strengthening ( COR )

Core Strengthening class emphasizes our inner abdominal muscles related to supporting the flexibility and strength of our organs, hips, the breathing diaphragm, and back. In this class, we combine Belly Button Healing, Intestinal (Abdominal) Exercises with Meridian Stretches and Core Energy Breathing postures to increase circulation to help strengthen our immune system and improve our gut health. This class includes deep stretching, core breathing, relaxation and meditation for chakra health and balance.

Energy Movement ( VIB )

With rhythmic energy movement, this class creates vibrations in the body to rebalance the energy of the brain. This class will include Dahn Mu (moving energy meditation), tapping, vibration, dancing, breathing, and meditation. Through rhythm and sound, you will release stress and body tension and bring your brain into a calm and meditative state. Relax your body and mind and recover your center to ground your energy. 

Meditation ( M )

This class will guide you through a deep energy meditation so that you can calm and center your mind.

Tai Chi and Ki gong ( TNK )

Tai Chi & Ki Gong combines slow, deliberate movements, meditation, and breathing exercises to help your circulation, balance, and alignment while restoring energy. This is a very low-impact exercise with amazing benefits.
