Are you finding very little improvement in your overall health condition from just going to pseudo-Indian style yoga classes or fitness center classes? Our yoga is not just exercise - it is Healing Yoga! We offer a variety of healing energy yoga classes, Korean-style tai-chi/qi-gong, personal training, regular member check-ups, and wellness workshops. We also offer Wellness At Work contracted programs at corporate worksites and other locations. We specialize in helping people heal themselves! Come try us, we'll do our best for you!
Our regular class schedule has several variations of our healing energy yoga, Monday through Saturday, as early as 6:30am (Tues, Thurs) and as late as 7pm (Mon, Wed). We offer DahnMuDo, our Korean blend of taichi and qigong moving meditation, on Thursdays at noon and 6pm.
In addition to regularly posted classes, we offer at least one special class each month with a particular healing focus (for example, opening particular energy meridians or acupressure points. In addition, all new members are offered a special evening class in basic healing principles, in order to better understand why we do what we do in class.
Beyond these classes, we offer several optional specialized workshops on a quarterly basis which have an associated tuition fee, such as Finding Your True Self. Ask us about these offerings, which will help you a great deal in your personal growth and wellness journey.

Tai Chi & Qi Gong combine slow, deliberate movements, meditation, and breathing exercises to help your circulation, balance, and alignment while restoring energy. This is a very low-impact exercise with amazing benefits.
