This class series will start from the ground up of Korean Tai Chi/Qigong forms, hand and foot postures, breathing techniques and energy principles. This is for beginners or for those who are looking to practice Korean Tai Chi fundamentals which are key to building a strong foundation for your practice.
The Korean Tai Chi & Qigong that we practice is an energy healing martial art, called Dahn Mu Do, or the Art of Limitless Being. This style is designed to help you create balance in your mind and body, reset your nervous system, strengthen the body through energy circulation and accumulation, increase focus and concentration, and many additional benefits.
