  • - Is there free parking at or near your studio?
    •   There is paid metered parking on Hale Ave. (on the backside of the building) from Monday to Saturday and free on Sundays. There is also paid parking inside the Westchester Mall parking lot (enter through Hale Ave.), which has an abundant amount of spots.
  • - What forms of payment are accepted at your location?
    •   Cash, Check, Credit, Debit
  • - Does your location close on certain days or holidays?
    •   We are closed Wednesdays and Sundays and all major U.S. holidays.
  • - What is the best way to contact your studio?
    •   Please call us.
  • - What should I expect at my Intro Session in your studio?
    •   Plan to arrive 10-15 minutes before your appointment. We recommend wearing comfortable clothing with socks and bringing your own yoga mat and water bottle.
