    •   No, there is no free parking for the center.
  • - What forms of payment are accepted at your location?

    •   We are closed the following holidays: New Year's Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas Day.
  • - What is the best way to contact your studio?
    •   Please call or email us.
  • - What should I expect at my Intro Session in your studio?
    •   Plan to arrive 10 minutes before your appointment time, wearing comfortable clothing and socks. We have a changing room you can use, if you need to change your clothes for your session. Mats are available but feel free to bring your own.
