Relax, Stretch and Breathe at Body & Brain Yoga Tai Chi Prescott, Arizona

The Prescott Body & Brain Yoga-Tai Chi center offers holistic fitness classes in Ki Gong, Tai Chi, meditation, yoga and other mind-body training methods which integrate Korean healing philosophy and energy principles rooted in ancient wisdom.
We combine simple stretching exercises, breathing and mindful movement to release stress and heal the mind and body. At the Prescott Body & Brain center we take care of the whole person, on a physical, emotional and mental level. It is our mission to help individuals enhance their natural healing abilities by bringing deeper focus within and learning methods to achieve their goals of a healthier, happier and more peaceful life. We provide a warm and bright environment where people are free to be themselves and where time slows down. We offer tea after each class where we enjoy sharing time or simply the opportunity to appreciate the present moment. Students report noticeable differences in their body condition even after 1 or 2 classes. Benefits include physical and emotional pain relief, improved balance, flexibility, coordination, better sleep, and a calmer mind.

Enrica Ferruzzi
Enrica is the owner, manager and head instructor of the Prescott Body & Brain center.
She is passionate about discovering our own natural healing abilities by delivering holistic training which integrates Korean Sun Do Taoist philosophy and energy principles rooted in ancient wisdom.
Her mission is to empower individuals by activating the brain’s natural ability to create health, happiness and peace. She strongly believes in the significance of self-change and its direct contribution to the overall health of those around us.
Enrica will guide you through holistic fitness training methods that combine breathing, meditation, rhythmic movement and energy yoga. This is a unique and dynamic practice with simple exercises derived from the ancient wisdom of Ki (Qi) energy and adapted to our modern lifestyle.
A regular group class is invigorating, fun and accessible, but most of all, effective. Classes can help you feel energy, improve a great variety of health conditions, and create an enhanced sense of well-being and satisfaction with life.
Enrica specializes in brain management training and acupressure energy healing known as HwalGong.

It is Enrica’s goal to make a positive contribution to the harmonious environment and culture in the Prescott and Quad Cities community. She looks forward to meeting you for group class or private session.

Although all classes are themed, each session will include components of meridian stretching, core strengthening, vibration, Ki Gong and meditation.

Body & Brain Yoga (All levels) ( BBY )

Body & Brain Yoga's regular classes are great for all levels and ages! Each class has effective and dynamic components of stretching, breathing, and meditation to destress, strengthen, and relax the mind and body. You will definitely feel refreshed and energized even after just one fun session guided by our experienced instructors!

 

Core Strengthening ( COR )

Core Strengthening class emphasizes our inner abdominal muscles related to supporting the flexibility and strength of our organs, hips, the breathing diaphragm, and back. In this class, we combine Belly Button Healing, Intestinal (Abdominal) Exercises with Meridian Stretches and Core Energy Breathing postures to increase circulation to help strengthen our immune system and improve our gut health. This class includes deep stretching, core breathing, relaxation and meditation for chakra health and balance.

Energy Movement ( VIB )

With rhythmic energy movement, this class creates vibrations in the body to rebalance the energy of the brain. This class will include Dahn Mu (moving energy meditation), tapping, vibration, dancing, breathing, and meditation. Through rhythm and sound, you will release stress and body tension and bring your brain into a calm and meditative state. Relax your body and mind and recover your center to ground your energy. 

Meditation ( M )

This class will guide you through a deep energy meditation so that you can calm and center your mind.

Tai Chi and Ki gong ( TNK )

Tai Chi & Ki Gong combines slow, deliberate movements, meditation, and breathing exercises to help your circulation, balance, and alignment while restoring energy. This is a very low-impact exercise with amazing benefits.

Yoga and Ki-gong ( YNK )

This class is a combination of the regular class with a focus on Ki-gong for those who want to get the best of both worlds. You will get your mind and body feeling free and centered as Ki-gong is a powerful training, which helps with energy accumulation, focus, and relaxation.
