Madison Body and Brain Yoga is the place where I have truly found my center. I've been practicing for more than eight years and it still feels like I have so much to discover about myself.
The practice of learning how to breathe well and feel my body helps me feel energized and happy my whole day. I love the caring and good heart of the instructors and all the people who gather here to practice.
This is the only practice I have found that talks about being kind and compassionate to others and to yourself where you can actually feel it. It's not only words, I can feel it in my body through energy.
This is a practice that I will treasure for the rest of my life.
