I am a practicing Home Care Physical Therapist with 30 years of experience and extensive knowledge of the human body. I have spent those years caring and helping others heal. I have found the practice of Body & Brain Yoga not only focuses on movement in developing strength, balance, and body/brain flexibility, but it has opened the door to self understanding, emotional health and personal growth; all of which has been fostered by the incredibly compassionate and joyful instructors as well as the kind and caring members. Class is different everyday: fun and challenging, and the best activity I have come across to improve overall health and happiness.
