I have been a member of Body & Brain since 2005 and I love it. The program is designed to strengthen the body in much the same way as a pilates mat class. All I can say is, come and learn how to strengthen your core with the Sleeping Tiger exercise.
The staff is well trained, and the exercises are designed to bring a sense of well-being to the psyche and strength to the body. Master Brian is an exceptional instructor, and I cannot say enough good things about "my exercise home".
