I joined body and brain yoga around a year and a half ago. Since I've started I have lost around 25 pounds and can touch my toes now before evening starting class. Come the end of class I find myself in a place of deep relaxation. It has helped me in many ways, it's a holistic practice that has taught me mindful breathing and from breathing has stemmed a mindful life. Im very grateful that i have found this practice and for all the instruction and guidance I have received from the staff.
