Welcome to March!  At Body & Brain Yoga, the exercises are designed to stimulate the body’s energy system, similar to the effects of acupuncture and acupressure. You can do exercises that release tension around important energy points. This improves overall circulation and promotes a sense of well-being. Try these exercises for a healthy heart and body.
