Classes are appropriate for all body types, no previous experience is needed. Learn more about yourself and Body & Brain Yoga through an Introductory Session. An Intro session is a 60-minute private session with the owner/head instructor. You will experience the basics of our program, and you will find out more about your flexibility, balance, breathing patterns, mind/body coordination, how to relax your mind and more.
