This class focuses on exercising your intestines, to encourage increased blood and energy circulation and improved elimination of waste and toxins from the body.
Tai Chi09:00-10:00Tai Chi:DahnMuDo is a non-combative, healing martial art. Its gentle moves help to properly align the spine, joints, muscles and even internal organs. DahnMuDo creates strength, power, confidence and mental clarity.
Energy Meditation10:00-11:00Energy Meditation:Meditation class develops body awareness and ability to relax, their level of concentration deepens. Our meditation accelerates this process by shifting the focus away from busy thoughts to the physical sensations of the body.
Basic Yoga09:00-10:00Basic Yoga:Regular Dahn Yoga class includes stretching, breathing exercise and meditation. It is geared for all levels, easy for beginners to follow and challenging enough for the advanced practitioner.
