Join us for a trail class this Saturday from 10-11am or for our family class this Sunday from 2-3pm or for Monday from 9-10am / 6:30-7:30pm.  Classes are free with purchase of an energy check up ($20) - a private 1 hour session that gives you the opportunity to work one on one with an instructor and receive guidance specifically for your energy!

    Finding True-Self: Self Discovery Workshop - 2 days for your Heart Chakra. Do you feel something in your life needs to change, but you don't know what to do or where to start? Have you ever asked yourself, "who am I?" "what am I supposed to be doing?" "What do I really want??" These are questions that we have all asked from time to time. Have you ever really found the answer? Through the Finding Your True Self workshop, you will have the opportunity to actually connect with your True Self, the "real you", underneath all the layers of emotions, preconceptions, thoughts and memories that we have mistaken for who we really are. Through this workshop, you will regain self-confidence, eliminate negative habits, and achieve more harmonious relationships by developing a deeper understanding of yourself and the people closest to you.
