Developing a Healthy Body and Brain Connection

Mind-body training is a key component of Dahn Yoga exercises, helping strengthen the connection between the brain and the body. However, Ilchi Lee has also developed the Brain Education System Training to help people unlock hidden cognitive function and harness the full potential of their gray matter.

In the book "In Full Bloom: A Brain Education Guide for Successful Aging," Lee provides a step-by-step guide for older adults. The aim is to teach that aging doesn't have to come with a loss of mental acuity, and that by taking an active role in the health of your own brain, you can unleash cognitive reserves and utilize the brain to its greatest capacity.

The first step in experiencing the health benefits of our program is to schedule an introductory session. In this session, you will get to meet with one of our highly-trained instructors for about one hour. They will assess your goals and help you get a good feel for the center and the classes we offer. Afterward, they will recommend a type of membership program that will best help you create the changes you desire.

This class focuses on exercising your intestines, to encourage increased blood and energy circulation and improved elimination of waste and toxins from the body.
Tai Chi10:00-11:10Tai Chi:In Tai-Chi, you will learn how to feel and utilize the Ki /Chi (life force) energy. With slow and graceful movements, you will release your stress and recharge your body with fresh energy.
Basic Yoga10:00-11:10Basic Yoga:Regular Dahn Yoga class includes stretching, breathing exercise and meditation. It is geared for all levels, easy for beginners to follow and challenging enough for the advanced practitioner.
