    This dynamic one-day workshop helps you develop a stronger connection with your body. You will have a direct experience of the energy system in your body and how it works. The workshop helps you open up energy pathways, strengthen your core, and awaken your energy sense deeply. You will learn how to apply Dahn Yoga principles to your everyday life for more energy, greater strength, better stress management, and clear focus. Initial Awakening is essential if you want to get the most out of your Dahn Yoga practice.

Energy Meditation11:30-12:30Energy Meditation:Meditation class develops body awareness and ability to relax, their level of concentration deepens. Our meditation accelerates this process by shifting the focus away from busy thoughts to the physical sensations of the body.

Core Strengthening06:30-07:30Core Strengthening:Intestine Exercise class. In the human body, many toxins accumulate in the intestines, which can affect all other internal organs. This class focuses on exercising your intestines, to encourage increased blood and energy circulation and improved elimination of waste and toxins from the body.
Basic Yoga06:30-07:30Basic Yoga:Regular Dahn Yoga class includes stretching, breathing exercise and meditation. It is geared for all levels, easy for beginners to follow and challenging enough for the advanced practitioner.
