    Relieve Stress with Wooden Pillow - Open Class

    Venue : Body & Brain yoga nomal Center
    All classes on Friday: 10am, 6pm & 7:30pm . The Wooden Pillow is a helpful tool to relieve tension in the body, and it allows for the skeletal structure to come back into alignment. During the wooden pillow class, members experience several techniques with detailed directions from the instructor, so they can later use the Wooden Pillow on their own. The classes are relaxing but also joyful and energizing. IF YOU HAVE A WOODEN PILLOW PLEASE BRING, BUT WE HAVE PILLOWS TO BORROW OR BUY. Through the Finding Your True Self workshop, you will have the opportunity to actually connect with your True Self, the "real you", underneath all the layers of emotions, preconceptions, thoughts and memories that we have mistaken for who we really are. Through this workshop, you will regain self-confidence, eliminate negative habits, and achieve more harmonious relationships by developing a deeper understanding of yourself and the people closest to you. 2nd day of workshop: Sunday 8am-8pm.
