Body + Brain Holistic Yoga Centers offer a variety of class formats and workshops with unique brain-based program methods for all ages.

Main Classes and Programs

Group Holistic Yoga • group class that combines stretching, breathing and relaxation techniques. Learn more

Symptom Focused Healing • a private or semi-private session with exercises customized to each client’s condition and needs. Learn more

Brain Wave Vibration Training • provided in conjunction with the group holistic yoga classes or as a separate class. Learn more

Diet • a private or semi-private class which combines exercises and education on proper eating methods for weight reduction. Learn more

DahnMuDo • a non–combative healing martial art to awaken and develop your inner power. Learn more

Special Programs

BE for Enhanced Learning • a group class that includes physical, emotional, and cognitive exercises, as well as postures, breathing techniques, guided imagery, and games to develop children’s creative self-efficacy. Learn more

BE for Successful Aging • a group class that includes physical, emotional, and cognitive exercises to help older adults take an active role in keeping their brain in top condition for life. Learn more

Workshops & Retreats • a series of group classes offered in one day or over several days using a combination of exercises, educational lectures, relaxation, and guided meditation techniques to help individuals achieve greater levels of health, happiness and peace. Learn more.
