What is Energy? It's Something You Can Feel!

Dahn Yoga is "energy" yoga. It's all about energy. You will experience physical, mental and even emotional benefits. But it starts from energy. Learning to go with the flow of energy is the first step in creating balance in your life and crucial for holistic health. We teach a meditative practice that is included in almost every class. It's called JiGam. A good way to get to know energy, it is an exercise of feeling. Once you get immersed in the feeling of energy, you can begin to harness the potential of a healthier you.
