Go West on “SW 22nd Street / Coral Way” just past “SW27th Ave / FL-9” and Big Lot's parking lot. The center is directly across the street from Chase Bank. NOTE: Please use the Coral Way entrance for the Center. However, there is Free parking behind the center in 3 sections for units numbered 2749 to 2811 when space is available. Beware of Big Lots parking regulations where the Tow Zone rules are strictly enforced.

Dahn Yoga is "energy" yoga. It's all about energy. You will experience physical, mental and even emotional benefits. But it starts from energy. Learning to go with the flow of energy is the first step in creating balance in your life and crucial for holistic health.

We teach a meditative practice that is included in almost every class. It's called JiGam. A good way to get to know energy, it is an exercise of feeling. Once you get
immersed in the feeling of energy, you can begin to harness the potential of a healthier you.
