NOTE: Please use the Coral Way entrance for the Center. However, there is Free parking behind the center in 3 sections for units numbered 2749 to 2811 when space is available. Beware of Big Lots parking regulations where the Tow Zone rules are strictly enforced.

This class focuses on exercising your intestines, to encourage increased blood and energy circulation and improved elimination of waste and toxins from the body.
Tai Chi06:30-07:40Tai Chi:In Tai-Chi, you will learn how to feel and utilize the Ki /Chi (life force) energy. With slow and graceful movements, you will release your stress and recharge your body with fresh energy.
Basic Yoga10:00-11:10Basic Yoga:Regular Dahn Yoga class includes stretching, breathing exercise and meditation. It is geared for all levels, easy for beginners to follow and challenging enough for the advanced practitioner.
