In addition to taking regular class, many members find great benefit in participating in our private healing program. The one-on-one sessions allow you to learn and integrate self-care tools that you can use to continue improving your overall well-being.

Our private healing sessions range from physical healing, energy healing, to spiritual/life coaching.
*Private sessions are intended to help release tension from the body, including: back, neck, feet, and abdomen.
* Helps relieve pain and stiffness from the body
* Facilitates awakening of the senses and increases body awareness.
*We work with you one-on-one to create a customized program that meets your individual needs and personal goals such as pain relief, deep relaxation, weight control, emotional stability, self-confidence and illness recovery.

This class focuses on exercising your intestines, to encourage increased blood and energy circulation and improved elimination of waste and toxins from the body.
Basic Yoga10:00-11:00Basic Yoga:Regular Dahn Yoga class includes stretching, breathing exercise and meditation. It is geared for all levels, easy for beginners to follow and challenging enough for the advanced practitioner.
Basic Yoga07:00-08:00Basic Yoga:Regular Dahn Yoga class includes stretching, breathing exercise and meditation. It is geared for all levels, easy for beginners to follow and challenging enough for the advanced practitioner.
