    Experience this little tool "wooden pillow" to help you release tension from areas such as your neck, back, legs, feet and even your internal organs. The focus will be on the lower abdomen to help realign your posture. Please bring yours if you have one. If you do not have it, you can buy one on that day. You will love it.
