Body&Brain Holistic  Yoga is "energy" yoga. It's all about energy. You will experience physical, mental and even emotional benefits. But it starts from energy. Learning to go with the flow of energy is the first step in creating balance in your life and crucial for holistic health. 

We teach a meditative practice that is included in almost every class. It's called JiGam. A good way to get to know energy, it is an exercise of feeling. Once you get immersed in the feeling of energy, you can begin to harness the potential of a healthier you.

    This dynamic one-day workshop helps you develop a stronger connection with your body. You will have a direct experience of the energy system in your body and how it works. The workshop helps you open up energy pathways, strengthen your core, and awaken your energy sense deeply. You will learn how to apply Dahn Yoga principles to your everyday life for more energy, greater strength, better stress management, and clear focus. Initial Awakening is essential if you want to get the most out of your Dahn Yoga practice.

One of the best exercises you can take with you isJangsaeng “Energy” Walking. Once you understand the basics of meridian points and learn to really feel your body as it moves, you can change normal walking into an energizing experience.
