 presents HEALTHIER TOGETHER, a national wellness campaign that highlights a specific health issue and provides holistic solutions through an informative and dynamic workshop series. 

Join us on 
AUG 22, 10am-noon for a workshop event featuring this month's topic: Immunity Boost. We will discuss principles and exercises to boost your immune system as well as tips to incorporate the Solar Body Method for your health, happiness, and peace. The event is FREE
so bring family and friends!

The first step in experiencing the health benefits of our program is to schedule an introductory session. In this session, you will get to meet with one of our highly-trained instructors for about one hour. They will assess your goals and help you get a good feel for the center and the classes we offer. Afterward, they will recommend a type of membership program that will best help you create the changes you desire.

    Finding True Self

    Venue : Body & Brain yoga Fremont Center
    Do you feel something in your life needs to change, but you don't know what to do or where to start? For anyone who truly wants to make a change, this program is crucial for uncovering exactly where you are and setting the intention for where you want to go. Through the Finding Your True Self workshop, you will have the opportunity to actually connect with your True Self, the "real you", underneath all the layers of habits, judgements, emotions, and memories that we have mistakenly identified as who we really are. Through this workshop, you will develop a deeper understanding of yourself and the people closest to you so that you can regain self-confidence, eliminate negative patterns, and achieve more harmonious relationships.

Basic Yoga10:00-11:00Basic Yoga:Regular Dahn Yoga class includes stretching, breathing exercise and meditation. It is geared for all levels, easy for beginners to follow and challenging enough for the advanced practitioner.
Advanced Yoga09:00-10:00Advanced Yoga:Advanced class offers more advanced stretching and breathing techniques for those looking for more of a physical challenge.
Open Class10:00-11:00Open Class:Open Class! Family and friends welcome! Since these classes are not always held regularly, please call in advance to confirm attendance and class availability/schedule.
