Hey everyone! Happy 4th of July from Body and Brain. As the summer heats up, don't let the warm energy go to your head! Our classes are designed to keep the fire energy in your abdomen, leaving your head cool and calm. We offer Yoga and Tai Chi for adults, as well as Power Brain classes for kids. Our goal is to create a community that helps foster overall health and happiness. Below are some special events at our center. This class focuses on exercising your intestines, to encourage increased blood and energy circulation and improved elimination of waste and toxins from the body.
Basic Yoga10:00-11:15Basic Yoga:Regular Dahn Yoga class includes stretching, breathing exercise and meditation. It is geared for all levels, easy for beginners to follow and challenging enough for the advanced practitioner.
