    Initial Awakening

    Venue : Dahn Yoga nomal Center
    At Initial Awakening, you will learn to bring your mind inside your body by awakening sensation in your lower dahnjon (2nd Chakra). Your dahnjon will be your anchor. As your senses are awakened, you will begin to realize the necessity to have an anchor that will enable you keep calm and maintain objective viewpoint to all the information you will receive from your body. This anchor will be strong enough to pull, hold and accumulate energy there. So, you will be aware of your body and focus on your dahnjon more in your daily life. You can also be more centered and relaxed with the power of concentration. $90

    Life Particle Workshop - Change Your Energy, Change Your Life

    This introductory workshop helps you understand the power of using energy in making positive change in your life. You can learn how to awaken your sense of energy and how to maintain its optimal balance even in the most stressful situation. Through this 4-hour workshop, you will experience how energy works in your body and how it influences the quality of your life. The Workshop includes a screening of the movie Change: The LifeParticle Effect, which inspires and supports the idea and passion for change. Understand and experience the essence of meditation, how it can help your brain and bring you peace. An overview of the science and philosophy helps even busy minds understand and get to a place of quiet inside. It is a Beginners Workshop - open to everyone, members and non-members, prospective members, families and friends. Also great for established members - a chance to get a deeper experience.

Also a powerful review for the more experienced. It is good for everyone. Discover how to connect to the real you! FREE for members. Here's some feedback from previous sessions: - I feel stronger and very peaceful, really enjoyed the discussions, which gave me a better understanding of Life Particles and how to better use them for myself and others. I feel an overall calm and peace. - Awesome experience! Received a lot of new information. I enjoyed the use of the Life Particle card in particular - I feel really good. It was a very good experience. I enjoyed the workshop.

For anyone who truly wants to make a change, this program is crucial for uncovering exactly where you are and setting the intention for where you want to go. Through the Finding Your True Self workshop, you will have the opportunity to actually connect with your True Self, the "real you", underneath all the layers of habits, judgements, emotions, and memories that we have mistakenly identified as who we really are. Through this workshop, you will develop a deeper understanding of yourself and the people closest to you so that you can regain self-confidence, eliminate negative patterns, and achieve more harmonious relationships.

AFTERNOON SESSIONS:
Basic Yoga12:00-01:10Basic Yoga:Regular Dahn Yoga class includes stretching, breathing exercise and meditation. It is geared for all levels, easy for beginners to follow and challenging enough for the advanced practitioner.
Tai Chi12:00-01:10Tai Chi:In Tai-Chi, you will learn how to feel and utilize the Ki /Chi (life force) energy. With slow and graceful movements, you will release your stress and recharge your body with fresh energy.
Energy Meditation04:00-05:00Energy Meditation:Meditation class develops body awareness and ability to relax, their level of concentration deepens. Our meditation accelerates this process by shifting the focus away from busy thoughts to the physical sensations of the body.
EVENING SESSIONS:
Core Strengthening06:30-07:40Core Strengthening:Intestine Exercise class. In the human body, many toxins accumulate in the intestines, which can affect all other internal organs. This class focuses on exercising your intestines, to encourage increased blood and energy circulation and improved elimination of waste and toxins from the body.
