Come join us for an open class on Saturday December 13th 2pm-3:30pm.  Friends and family welcome.  Beginners welcome.  No need to bring anything, just come comfortably dressed.  Call to register, or come by 1:45pm for registration.

    Life Particle Workshop - Change Your Energy, Change Your Life

    Venue : Dahn Yoga nomal Center
    This introductory workshop helps you understand the power of using energy in making positive change in your life. You can learn how to awaken your sense of energy and how to maintain its optimal balance even in the most stressful situation. Through this 4-hour workshop, you will experience how energy works in your body and how it influences the quality of your life. The Workshop includes a screening of the movie Change: The LifeParticle Effect, which inspires and supports the idea and passion for change. Understand and experience the essence of meditation, how it can help your brain and bring you peace. An overview of the science and philosophy helps even busy minds understand and get to a place of quiet inside. It is a Beginners Workshop - open to everyone, members and non-members, prospective members, families and friends. Also great for established members - a chance to get a deeper experience.

AFTERNOON SESSIONS:
Basic Yoga12:00-01:10Basic Yoga:Regular Dahn Yoga class includes stretching, breathing exercise and meditation. It is geared for all levels, easy for beginners to follow and challenging enough for the advanced practitioner.
Tai Chi12:00-01:10Tai Chi:DahnMuDo is a non-combative, healing martial art. Its gentle moves help to properly align the spine, joints, muscles and even internal organs. DahnMuDo creates strength, power, confidence and mental clarity.
Energy Meditation04:00-05:00Energy Meditation:Meditation class develops body awareness and ability to relax, their level of concentration deepens. Our meditation accelerates this process by shifting the focus away from busy thoughts to the physical sensations of the body.
EVENING SESSIONS:
Core Strengthening06:30-07:40Core Strengthening:Intestine Exercise class. In the human body, many toxins accumulate in the intestines, which can affect all other internal organs. This class focuses on exercising your intestines, to encourage increased blood and energy circulation and improved elimination of waste and toxins from the body.
