June is here, which means it's time for a new HEALTHIER TOGETHER topic! This month, we will be featuring "Back Health: Align and Straighten." Have back pain or know someone who does? Come to our workshop on June 27, at 10am-12pm where we will feature principles and exercises to relieve back pain! All friends and family are always welcomed to these workshops, as they are free and open to the public.

Through this workshop, you will develop a deeper understanding of yourself and the people closest to you so that you can regain self-confidence, eliminate negative patterns, and achieve more harmonious relationships.

This class focuses on exercising your intestines, to encourage increased blood and energy circulation and improved elimination of waste and toxins from the body.
Tai Chi07:30-08:30Tai Chi:In Tai-Chi, you will learn how to feel and utilize the Ki /Chi (life force) energy. With slow and graceful movements, you will release your stress and recharge your body with fresh energy.
Basic Yoga10:00-11:00Basic Yoga:Regular Dahn Yoga class includes stretching, breathing exercise and meditation. It is geared for all levels, easy for beginners to follow and challenging enough for the advanced practitioner.
