Body & Brain Hosts Nationwide Healthy Joint Workshop!05/14/2015



Join Body & Brain (formerly Dahn Yoga) on May 30, 2015, as centers nationwide host their third monthly workshop from Body & Brain’s national health campaign, “Healthier Together.” Two months ago, Body & Brain officially launched “Healthier Together” as a year-long health campaign that raises awareness and teaches practical solutions for common health concerns each month. 

The theme for May is “Joint Health." In this workshop we will discuss energetic principles to not only understand but also heal any type of joint pain. Please feel free to bring your family and friends, as this workshop is free and open to the public. Look forward to seeing you there!

Tai Chi07:30-08:30Tai Chi:In Tai-Chi, you will learn how to feel and utilize the Ki /Chi (life force) energy. With slow and graceful movements, you will release your stress and recharge your body with fresh energy.
