Meridian Stretching09:00-10:00Meridian Stretching:Deep stretching, twisting, and joint rotation exercises to improve circulation and alignment. These exercises stimulate the body’s energy pathways, called meridians.
Basic Yoga10:00-11:00Basic Yoga:Regular Dahn Yoga class includes stretching, breathing exercise and meditation. It is geared for all levels, easy for beginners to follow and challenging enough for the advanced practitioner.
