Body and Brain Holistic Centers provides yoga classes and yoga workshops as well as yoga private classes. We can combine into your membership package all three practices or tailor your membership to your personal goals.
Dahn Yoga Classes: Through our Dahn Yoga Classes you will learn our signature breathing postures that will assist you in gathering your energy in your core and in turn giving you a calm, fresh strength. Yoga Private Classes Depending on your personal goals, our professionally trained yoga instructors can help you through the development of a private yoga class. Yoga Workshops Our Body and Brain Yoga Workshops are designed to help you develop awareness and sensitivity, strengthen your physical body and explore your spiritual growth and personal development. Contact one of our center instructors to determine which workshop is best for you as all workshops range in intensity and depth. Yoga workshops are offered in the evenings and on weekends.
