Develop strength, flexibility, proper breathing, and energy sensitivity with our daily yoga classes.
Our classes vary throughout the week for a more dynamic practice experience. Each class will help you shift your focus from outside to within yourself. Through
our signature breathing postures, you will gather energy in your core, leaving you feeling strong, calm, and fresh.
Class Schedule & Fees
Classes are offered 2-5 times a day at most centers and last approximately one hour. Fees range between $10-$20 per class,
depending on your membership package.
If possible, plan to attend 2-3 times per week for the best results.

Class Structure
- Warm up exercise: 10-15 minutes
- Core practice, stretching, breathing postures, strengthening postures, meditation : 30-40 minutes
- Cool down exercises: 10 minutes
- Tea time: 10 minutes
Personal Care: Level Advancement & Home Exercises
Personal care goes into every aspect of your experience at a Body & Brain Center.
As your body condition improves and your breathing deepens, your instructor will carefully guide you through the six levels of our basic instruction.
Our Level Advancement System is designed for improving four key components of holistic health: flexibility, strength, breathing, and energy sensitivity.
Your instructor will regularly check your strengths and weaknesses as your body changes through the course of your practice at a Body & Brain Center. Based on your goals,
condition, and availability, they will recommend exercises you can do at home to complement your classroom training.
As a member at a Body & Brain Center, you have an additional benefit of home exercises, a key ingredient in the success of your practice.
