Private Sessions If you are looking for private yoga lessons to better address your individual condition, our instructors can arrange to work with you personally. Private yoga classes are provided to give you high quality personal care on a one-on-one basis.

Private yoga lessons vary by instructor and member’s condition. The results of the private sessions will depend on how much home exercise you practice or apply the suggestions given by the instructor.


Private Yoga Classes will typically fall into the following categories:

  1. Improvement of Health: You will be given some basic training to address a health issue or to just improve your overall health. In addition to basic yoga training, some qualified centers may also offer hwal-gong, which is a hands-on relaxation technique and energy healing therapy.

  2. Mind-Body Connection: Private yoga lessons are designed to help you with your mind-body connection and the improvement of that connection. Through guidance, you can change the habits in your life with the understanding of how ki energy flows within your body or becomes blocked. Your instructor will provide step-by-step practices to help you achieve the desire you seek.

  3. Spiritual Development and Brain Management: This class is recommended for people after completing the Brain Education Level 2 & 3 workshops. With private yoga instruction you can work closely with our instructor in integrating the awakenings you experience and actualize the highest vision of yourself.
